Single-family and semi-detached homes dominate: no service elevator to book, no parking to negotiate, and often a garage or basement to work in comfortably. That shows up in assembly time, and therefore in cost.
The newer subdivisions bring a different problem, though: an address too recent for the GPS. A phone number that answers on the day solves it.

- No. Laval and the North Shore are inside our usual Greater Montreal range. Beyond roughly 75 km, give us a call and we'll take a look.
- Do you work in the new subdivisions?
- Often — it's a good share of the volume in Blainville and Terrebonne. Let us know if the address is recent and GPS struggles with it.
- Can you come on a Saturday?
- Depending on the crew's availability. Mention it with your request and we'll check the calendar.
